Non-Compete & Intellectual Property Protections
Farmers Gala Golden-Hands Awards represents a unique, proprietary luxury-themed agricultural awards model, curation architecture, and networking ecosystem.
Restricted Activity: The Participant agrees that they will not use any logistical blueprints, event structures, proprietary data, or unique insights gained from this Gala to directly or indirectly create, organize, manage, consult for, or facilitate a competing agricultural gala, luxury awards ceremony, or high-profile agricultural networking event within Botswana.
Duration: This non-compete restriction shall remain active and legally binding for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the date of submission of this nomination.
Ownership rights: All branding, media footage, trademarked assets, and strategic corporate frameworks remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Organizing Secretariat and its partners.
